Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We provide free, standard shipping through the United States Postal Service. If you would like to receive your order faster, please write us, call us, or use the Contact Us page form, and we can let you know how much it may cost you to expedite your order.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
If an order is incomplete (has never been fulfilled);
If an item arrives damaged (we will ask for pictures); or
By special exception based on relevant recently modified regulatory policy.
If your situation is approved for refund, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks. We are not able to accept returns due to the nature of our product.
